Delivery and return fees are calculated per parcel.
The prices and the terms and conditions do not apply to shipments from small islands in Estonia.
VAT and a variable surcharge is added to all the service prices.

Oversized parcel: the maximum size allowed is 200 × 60 × 60 cm, but the sum of the length and the circumference (longest side + 2 × width + 2 × height) can be up to 360 cm.

Parcel returns:
Parcels that have not been picked up by the recipient on time or which have been returned to the sender are priced according to the same price list as shipping.

By ordering the service from SmartPosti OÜ, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and undertake to follow them.
The orders must be placed in SmartShip ordering portal, selecting the ‘Posti – Parcel Connect Baltics’ service upon dispatching and the ‘Posti – Parcel Return Connect’ service upon returning.
SmartPosti OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally amend the price list in order to ensure the efficiency and competitiveness of its operations, by informing the customer at least 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance.
