As the holiday season approaches, SmartPosti’s working hours will differ from the usual schedule. Please note that shopping centres may operate at different hours than usual, so plan your parcel collections or deliveries from parcel lockers accordingly.
2–22 December 2025 Parcel locker collections or deliveries, as well as courier services, will operate according to the Tuesday schedule. Customer service operates as usual.
23 December 2025 Business customer service is open from 9 am to 2 pm. Parcel collections for business clients, including regular collections, will only be performed by prior arrangement until 3 pm (collection requests must be sent by 4 pm on 22 December).
24 December 2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place; couriers are on holiday. Business customer service is closed.
25–26 December 2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place; couriers and customer service representatives are on holiday.
27–30 December 2025 Parcel locker collections or deliveries, as well as courier services and customer service, will operate according to the usual schedule.
31 December 2025 Parcel locker collections or deliveries will operate according to a flexible schedule; couriers will operate as usual. Parcel collections for business clients, including regular collections, will only be performed by prior arrangement until 3 pm (pick up requests must be submitted no later than December 30th at 4 PM to the email kuller@smartposti.com). Business customer service is open from 9 am to 2 pm.
1 January 2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place; couriers and customer service representatives are on holiday.
