Our business sector has been complex and demanding in recent years and continues to be the same in 2024. Despite this, SmartPosti has so far managed to keep the service conditions and price level unchanged and stable. Unfortunately, today we are in a situation where the increase in general costs directly affects the costs of the services provided by our sector. In this regard, we inform you about the change in terms and prices of services. At the same time, we continue to develop services and improve the customer experience in parallel to ensure fast and expected delivery of shipments.
Changes in parcel dimensions of parcels services and oversizefee related to that
SmartPosti will add standard dimensions for parcel services from 08.07.2024. The changes do not affect the previous maximum dimensions of the services, but we reserve the right to charge an additional fee 1,50 € + VAT per parcel for exceeding the standard dimensions.

Change in fuel surcharge and EBD parcel service
From 08.07.2024 the fuel surcharge for Express Business Day parcel service will be updated. The aim is to harmonize the rate of fuel surcharge fee across different services.
17.05 percentage points from current fuel surcharge rate will be added to the Express Business Day parcel unit price. We will carry out the change in such a way that the total price (unit price of the parcel + fuel surcharge rate) remains the same at the moment of the change and the service does not become more expensive. For smoother transition, we are fixing today's fuel surcharge until 31.07.2024.
Here is an example based on current fuel surcharge:
Current pricing:
Parcel unit price: 10.00 €
Fuel surcharge: 18.1% = 1.81 €
Total price: 11.81 €
New pricing:
Parcel unit price: 11,705 € (lisatud 17,05 protsendipunkti kütuse lisatasust)
Fuel surcharge: 0.90% = 0,105 €
Total price: 11.81 €
