Parcel delivery price list for contractual clients

Parcel locker service price list (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland)

The delivery cost is calculated based on the height of the parcel. The parcel terminal has lockers of five different sizes. Business clients can insert parcels for collection in parcel terminal lockers of S to XL sizes. The price of the parcels of business clients is determined in the Sorting Centre based on the dimensions of the parcel.

The price of the SmartKuller service to small islands (Ruhnu, Kihnu, etc.) will be determined on agreement.

Service description

Parcel delivery six days a week (Mon–Sat) on the day after ordering (excl. Sunday and small islands). The client can choose a suitable time period for the receipt of the parcel (9.00–17.00 or 17.00–21.00) and order the goods to work or home.

The client will receive an SMS notification about the arrival of the parcel on the morning of the delivery of the parcel. The courier calls the client before the delivery of the parcel.

If the first attempt to deliver the parcel to the client fails, the courier will arrange a new time if necessary. If the client wishes, it is possible to direct the parcel to a suitable parcel terminal without an additional fee.

Estimated time of delivery of parcels that have been delivered to the parcel terminal before emptying time:

Helsinki area 2–3 working days
other parts of Finland 3–5 working days

Storage time is seven days.
