We are pleased to announce that, according to a brand study conducted by Ravogen in 2025, consumers rated SmartPosti’s delivery reliability the higherst among Estonia’s parcel delivery companies.
Respondents indicated that parcels sent with SmartPosti are the most likely to arrive at the right time and in the right place. Respondents also reported experiencing the fewest issues with parcels when using SmartPosti deliveries.
Our confidence that we are on the right path is further strengthened by the fact that SmartPosti emerged as the leader in functional performance development among parcel delivery companies for the second half of last year.
In February 2025, we had rebranding, during which Smartpost Itella became SmartPosti – we added the letter “i” to the previous name and discontinued the use of the Itella name. As part of the update, the company’s logo was also changed. The new brand brings us closer to our parent company Posti – the “Posti” element in the SmartPosti logo is identical to the Posti logo.
The brand survey was conducted evenly over the year, with 3600 respondents participating in Estonia. Ravogen is a Finnish research company that helps businesses understand consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
