As the holiday season approaches, SmartPosti’s working hours will differ from the usual schedule. Please also note that shopping centres may have altered opening hours, so plan your parcel sending and collection from parcel lockers accordingly.
2–22.12.2025 Parcel locker collections and deliveries, as well as courier services, will operate according to the Tuesday schedule. Customer service and courier work continue as usual.
23.12.2025 Private customer service is open from 9 am to 7 pm.
24.12.2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place, couriers will be on holiday. Private customer service will be open from 9 am to 2 pm.
25–26.12.2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place. Couriers and customer service representatives will be on holiday.
27–30.12.2025 Normal schedule for parcel locker collections, deliveries, courier services and customer service.
31.12.2025 Parcel locker collections and deliveries will follow a flexible schedule, couriers are working. Private customer service will be open from 9 am to 5 pm.
01.01.2025 No parcel locker collections or deliveries will take place. Couriers and customer service representatives will be on holiday.
