For the 14th time, CVKeskus.ee has revealed Estonia’s most desirable employers, and SmartPosti shone in its category. More than 6,900 respondents participated in the survey.
In 2025, SmartPosti ranked highest among parcel delivery companies, securing 4th place in the transport and logistics sector. Ahead of SmartPosti were the prestigious top three: Tallinn Airport, Tallink Group, and Lux Express.
According to employees in the transport sector, the most important characteristic of an employer is the opportunity to earn a good salary (30%). Compared to other fields, they also value that the employer is a leading and fast-growing company in its sector and offers the possibility to earn additional bonuses for good work.
Across all companies, LHV Bank has held the top spot for the fourth consecutive year, followed by Swedbank and Telia. The study revealed that the importance of remote work has decreased over the past year, while expectations for a modern work environment have grown.
